I ordered our dinner and my husband picked it up. He said it was pretty clean and quiet in there. The total was pretty expensive... but everything is getting like that now. Our food was made on time and we all enjoyed it. My husband raved over his tripleburger. My burger was pretty good, too. My fries had cheddar cheese on it but I couldn't taste the cheese. My daughter loved herpancakes and bacon. Changed from 4 star to 3 star because their phone number doesn't work so we can't call in an order. Theirwebsite also doesn't work, so we can't order online. After my son waited years to get to eat a Mr Beast meal, we came to surprise him with a pick up. They couldn't figure out what... meal was ours so they hollered out " The Mr Beast meal?!" and then still got our order wrong. We told them how excited my sonwas that hes waited a long time for this and they still couldnt be bothered to get the order right. My husband went back insideto get the Mr Beast fries we ordered since we got an almost empty box of regular fries and this is the effort we got out oftheir second attempt with our order. Ate here with a group of 6. The staff was nice as could be. They seemed spread thin over the whole resturaunt for the breakfast... rush, so we couldn?t complain about the wait for food or orders. I am a regular here and today I was very dissatisfied with our server, Anastasia. Normally she is courteous and quick to serve... but today she was very slow. She took my friends order and then left me sitting for 10-15 minutes before coming to take myorder. My friends loaded potato was cold. It?s almost like it had been sitting out for a long period of time. I got my foodafter 15-20 minutes of being seated because our server lost my ticket. Before she mentioned loosing my ticket she proceeded totake someone else?s order. So they got their food before mine ever made it onto the grill. Our server did not ask if weneeded/wanted refills and did not come to check on us to see if we needed anything because she was too busy sitting at anotherpersons table and talking.
