Ordered two pizzas, both were missing the extra toppings, etc. Called back asking if they were out of mushrooms, they weren't,... and so I told them both pizzas had no mushrooms, etc. Instead of remaking the pizza, they offered me store credit. I accepted.Just tried to use the store credit, and guess what? There was nothing on my account. I've given them chance after chance, won'tbe ordering from them again. Read more
This was the worse experience I have had with this company. The online tracker said my order had been delivered. Nope. Called... and was lied to and finally Anthony said there was a tec issue. I cancelled the ordered. No more with these liars Read more
This store has went downhill! If you are going to have an answering service handle orders then give them the option to modify... the order. I had to be connected to the store where the girl took my order then hung up on me. She then called back to ask me ifit was delivery and tell me the total. I asked her to read back my order and of course it was completely wrong. Needless to sayI won?t be ordering from that location again. I can see a mix up every now and then but this is probably the third or fourthtime they have completely messed up my order. Read more
Delivery took over and hour and 20 min. When I called they said it was out for delivery, when I called back they said it was... still at store- completely lied to me about my pizza being out for delivery. According to the app, my pizza was made and sat atstore waiting for almost an hour. If you are understaffed, make a note to people BEFORE ordering and expecting timely service. Read more
I get being understaffed and struggling, but at least make the orders you do take properly. We ordered 2 sandwiches, cheese... sticks, and a pizza. Every item is way overcooked and lacking on ingredients. One of the sandwiches (Philly) we ordered withextra meat and cheese, guess what wasn't on it? Ordered 2 large pizza?s (cheese and deluxe). It was delivered in a reasonable time. The cheese looked like it was made an hour... earlier and was dry with not sauce. The deluxe looked fresh. I called the store and the woman who answered claimed shepersonally put tomatoes on the pizza. Would not offer any solution. I will never buy from this store again. Read more
After the digital board said my order was ready it still took 10 minutes to be actually ready. When I got the pizza home it was... overcooked and didn't taste very well. The wings were ok, barely. I think we would have been better off with home baked frozenpizza and wings for a third of the cost. This order was on a Friday night and the crew seemed overwhelmed, even taking thephone off the hook to stop call in orders. Read more
