About 5 of us from the hospital placed a order for lunch. We went to pick it up and the order was gone. The cashier told us that... it's not her problem that the order was missing and David the manager says there is nothing he can do. So we're still hungry,wasted our time driving there, and out of over $50 . Never would expect this treatment from this company. Especially after allthe money me and my co workers spend there. We were very excited to return to CFA in Rincon Ga for dining in. (The first time in two years). We ordered 3 CFA sandwiches... with extra pickles on wheat buns. (We were not told it was gluten free or an extra charge per bun.). One CFA was free usingpoints and the other two came to 14.02!! The nice lady brought our order in the following manner: There were 3 CFA breasts in 3different plastic containers. No pickles in the containers. The buns were individually wrapped and frozen from the freezer tothe table. We said ?these are frozen.? She said ?this is how we serve them.? Flabbergasted, I asked her to please just bring 3reg sandwiches and return the frozen ones. I asked for a manager which never came. The very nice original lady came back withthe regular CFAs and still no pickles. We didn?t mention that we were charged additional money for each sandwich because weasked for the special wheat or gluten free bun. So 14.00+ later we left without feeling ?it was their pleasure to serve us.? Wehave eaten at CFA over 40 years. I have trained with teachers in Fayette Co., Ga at their training facility many times. What can you say everyone loved chick-fil-a I've been to so many around the United States and they are all run the same. People... are nice and the line is fast. We paid with cash for the first time and even that was taken care of with no issues. Read more
Chick-fil-A is the only restaurant I go to where I don't wonder if they got my order right. And unlike other fast food... restaurants, their sandwiches look as good as they do in the advertisements. Read more
I've never seen anybad service/ food quality from Chickfila until the Rincon location opened. When I contacted the location... about my issues (I was not asking for anything in return I was notifying them of the poor food quality I received). Theyinformed me that since I ordered through DoorDash, that I needed to contact DoorDash to file a claim. This was the second time Iordered this specific food item and received it as pictured. I ordered again today and received the wrong drink. In the past 3days I have had 2 other friends complain on facebook about this location. Read more
Nice people, mostly. But the most incompetent Chick-fil-A in the area (from Hilton Head to Statesboro). There have been only a... few times in which our order was actually right. We usually don't complain, but today was the last straw when a smart aleckymanager completely discredited my valid complaint. Our family is done with this store. We will never recommend you to anyone. Atleast try to do better. Read more
