Not my favorite place but it's not bad. I like watching them make my food and they are pretty fast .

I admit there are a couple sandwich shops I prefer but Subway is nice change from the usual burger joints. Staff was pleasant... and a couple of newer items since I last visited. Service was fast and I was happy with my food. Read more

Saturday evening @ 6:10. I ordered 2 foot long sandwiches. When she put 1 footlong loaf on counter it looked like it had been... torn open by hand. It came out of bread warmer that way. Ripped at one end & mid sections top & bottom smashed in. I said itlooked bad & was there a fresh one she could cut. She hesitated like what's the problem, and then finally got a new one. After 2subs were all done I presented a coupon for 2 for$12.99 to cashier with expiration of 6/25/22 which is today's date. She scannedit & said it's no good. I asked why & she scanned it again. Said it was expired. I pointed the date to her & asked what today'sdate was & she acknowledged the 25th. She called over someone else & they tried with same results. She said it's not valid todaybecause it expired today. I explained that expiration I'll on dates on any coupon mean it's good through end of business thatday. They wouldn't do anything. This coupon was an $8 saving over regular price & I didn't come expecting to pay that. Iexplained if they couldn't find a way to get me the discount they would be throwing away 2 footlong sandwiches. It was obviousthere wasn't a member of management there as they all stood dumb founded like deer in the headlights. I sadly walked out. Notgood quality product presented & poor service. I know it's tough out there in the food industry keeping hood help & this Subwayhas a poor reputation in town. But we're a small town & not a lot of choices to eat out. Read more

If i could rate zero stars I would. There was 4 people including the manager working and only one of them helping a long line of... customers. This one person actually assisting us barely had any idea what she was doing and made significant mistakes includingputting cold meat on our sandwiches when we wanted it warmed up and didn?t even ask, not putting enough bacon or cheese on whenasked for extra, and an insanely rude attitude. The 2 other employees were barely doing anything besides looking busy while themanager was hanging out in the back allowing their employees to fend for themselves. She only finally came out when the wholeline was done and we were all irritated. We were not the only ones to receive rude, and inadequate service in the middle of theday on a Monday. This was completely unacceptable and we will not be returning. Read more

We waited in line for over 20 minutes.. Three employees in the store. One employee did everything she could to look busy and not... help customers. Emptying ice could have waited. She was very aware people were in line and chose not to help. Another employeefilled and order at the drive up window and then she too walked away. Only the one employee helped customers. We left, drove toArby's had our food in less time than we stood in line. Not impressed at all. Read more

One of the worst subways i?ve ever been to. I love subway, but this particular store ruined it for me. Several times I have... ordered, everytime something is wrong on my order. I call to say something and I?m hung up on. Last time I went in, the ladybehind the counter yelled at me saying i couldn?t get my drink i paid for? Showed her my receipt and received a ?okay go ahead?.What a poor example of customer service. Read more

I ordered two sandwiches through the drive-thru. They forgot one of my sandwiches which I had to remind them. And when I got my... sandwich home there was no mayo. No lettuce. I ordered bell peppers. They give me banana peppers. It was just horrible. I calledthem to comment on the sandwiches, however,bit was not of importance to the staff that day. Read more

I online order almost every week here at the rigby store and they have been late with my order almost every week so today I set... the time for earlier so hopefully by the time I actually needed it to be done, it would be. Not the case. Walked in and watchedthem making my order 5 minutes after it should have been done. As I'm watching I realize they are making my husband's sandwichcompletely wrong and putting the ingredients from another sandwich on my order on his. When they brought it out I told them itwas wrong and they went back and remade it. I walked out 20 minutes after my order should have been done. Only my husband eatswhile I'm driving, I always wait until I am home to feed my kids and myself. Upon arriving home I open the other sandwich in mybag expecting it to my daughters black forest ham and it was actually the sandwich they had messed up. No black forest at all.Called and the apologized profusely and offered a refund. I understand people make mistakes but seriously its ok to slow down atiny bit and pay attention.
