It's a take and bake, but the kids working here were very professional and easy to work with.
DO NOT trust their instructions that say you can remove the tray after 10 mins of cooking for a crispier crust. In theory, this... probably would work. However, when they roll the dough too thin in the middle, it IS going to lead to an enormous mess in youroven and a really upset/hungry family. Ordered a cheese extra cheese couldn't taste it all I tasted was bad dough. Nobody knew what they we're doing & when I arrived... everyone was in the back. We ordered the Cowboy pizza and the gourmet vegetarian pizza. The Cowboy pizza has three meats on it: pepperoni, sausage, ... and??? I am a meat-o-saur, but the vegetarian pizza was AMAZING. Ordered online today the outlaw pizza, waited for 20 minutes to go pick it up. The kid was in the back room not a single... costumer and not a single pizza on their racks, actually think I was his first costumer of the day. My order ticket was stillwaiting to be torn off the order print off machine, he came from the back room and I stated I had a pizza to pick up, he saw theticket and said it will take me a few minutes to make it. He acted irritated that he even had to make it. But I waited verynicely while he made it. He handed it to me and headed back towards the back room and I said, hey there's no BBQ sauce on it, hegrabbed it out of my hands and took it over to the prep table and was going to proceed to dump BBQ sauce over the top of it. I then got mad and said, just refund me my money and I will go somewhere else. He raised his voice to me and said, do you want meto make you another one. I told him I would prefer that, and then in a very snotty tone, said, "Oh my God it's the same thing."And preceded making the pizza. I should of been smart enough to take the refund, because he intentionally messed my pizza up.It had BBQ sauce on it, but he put hardly nothing on it for toppings. So I ended up paying for a crust with a little cheese andBBQ sauce. The thing that makes me mad, is I left this kid with this poor attitude and poor costumer service a good tip on mycard. I hope his management team is very proud of him, because if it wasn't for their paying costumers, none of them would havejobs. Read more
Fast and extremely friendly service, even though it was Halloween. I had to pick up the traditional jack-o'-lantern pizza. The... store was clean. It was easy to find a parking spot. I've heard that Halloween is their biggest day of the year and they nailedit! Good for the staff at Rigby's Papa Murphy's! Read more
