I don't think I've ever been treated so badly at an establishment and on top of that had the manager have the audacity to be... useless. I called in advance to make sure I could use my points because I had two free pizzas. I talked from someone from thestore and not a 800 number. I was told I could use which is why I decided to go to the store. When I arrive the employees werejust rude overall. I stood there and waited for someone to help me. Mind you, I was the only one in there along with my family.The worker told me I could not redeem my free pizzas and kindly asked why since I had called earlier and was told I could. Theworker left and never came back. I was left there waiting for a while until the manager finally decided to actually do her joband come talk to me. She said she wasn't going to help me and there was nothing to do. She said she didn't care if I calledcorporate because "they know her very well". Yeah, I'm sure they know her very well because most reviews are about how bad sheis at her job. I ended up paying $60 for the pizzas that were each $5.99 and I had the points for free pizza. I call to place an order and the guy on the phone hung up on me cuz I couldn't give him my phone number fast enough I called... back to speak to a manager and the same guy answered turns out he was the manager I'm 37 and this is the most unprofessionalcustomer service I've ever experienced in my life Read more
Although it was a speedy delivery and guy was nice (Roger) this is definitely NOT the extra cheese I paid for
Pizza was mad fast and was good, when I arrived to pick it up all the staff seemed nice and I am glad with the service.
