My wife and I order our usual combination plater that come with a egg roll, they were so over cooked and the bottom of the egg... roll was filled with grease. We had to throw them both out. The food is good but the service is horrible. Unprofessional. I put in a delivery order and was missing an item. I called back... to inform them of their mistake. They told me since I was never charged for the platter I would need to pay and they willdeliver it. I paid for the item and than waited over 45 minutes for delivery for 1 item that should have been included with thefirst order. I just cancelled because my children shared their platter! Horrible customer service. I called the store to get an update because my order was already 20 min late. I spoke with a lady and... she told me the manager was busy rn and would call me right back. Another 10 min went by with no phone call so I called again.The phone rang once and the manager answered with an aggressive yes! I then said I?m calling to get and update and before Icould get the rest of my sentence out he said my address and then said the driver is on his way!! Then hung up. If your goingto be running late you should update your customers. You should also not have an attitude when talking to customers because ofyour mess up.
