Absolutely love this place. I have only done brunch here and it's the best Breakfast I've had in Colorado to date. "The flying... Dutchman" great dish. Also great staff. Rachel is as welcoming, and beautiful. Provisions and Ridgway itself is definitely wortha visit if anywhere within 100 miles. Read more

Rarely select 5 stars and rarely review based on one visit. Exceptions on both for Provisions. Stopped by for a breakfast... sandwiches. The house made sourdough English Muffin, the fluffy scrambled eggs, the thick cut bacon, the argulua and dressingwas over the top. By far the best breakfast we have ever had. This is a true five star restaurant that would be a top rated place in any city in the world. Every detail as well thought out... and creates a wonderful vibe. From the music and pink Himalayan sea salt on the table, to the staff and the flavors, this placeis an absolute gem. Although the staff are very laid back and friendly, they are extremely professional and offer five-starlevel service. The food was absolutely amazing, and the almond milk latte was so good I got a second one to go. After a week onthe road, this is the perfect way to end my trip with a delicious meal and an awesome cup of coffee. I can't wait for my nexttrip to Ridgway! Read more

Wonderful and charming place to eat! We had an absolutely amazing brunch here sitting at one of the outdoor tables. Great food,... delicious and healthy, and super friendly people. What a yummy place for brunch! Such a cute little cafe serving the best breakfast and brunch items. No waiting in lines! My wife and I stayed two nights in Ridgway and had a very enjoyable, satisfying dinner at Provisions. My wife had the filet... mignon and I had the rainbow trout. I've never had trout this good before and I complimented the chef as he walked by. It waspan seared in butter and the result was crispy, tender, moist and soooo good. Drinks are very reasonably priced. Food wasprepared and served quickly even though the place was filling up. The layout is small with only about 10 tables and is acombination bar-restaurant. The theme works. Service was equally great. Two thumbs up for this tucked-away gem. Read more
