My hubby and I have been going to Mr. Chen every Friday for about 12 years now. They know our kid and we know theirs. We talk... about life and they're like family to us. The food is top notch. Wings are not refreshed. He literally told me they refry them. My order was not fresh the wings were black inside and the you... can tell they were refried multiple times. The plantains super dry and refried as well. They have a terrible attitude. I calledto ask them to send me a new order. He told me they don’t have anymore wings and that they’re fresh after he told me theyrefried them. Not sure of the logic here, but they need to change the oil or throw away the wings they fried the dayprior. Definitely don’t recommend. Read more
This place is the worst, i got wrong order, i called them back to explain them. Totally nasty attitude from the manager or... owner,, they want to send the order missing and charge for it. They want me to pay twice for a mistake, is no about money isabout attitude and costumers service. Hopefully $7 dollars make worth next time ???? Read more
The lo mein just had way to much soy sauce n like 3 pieces of chicken. The noodles was kind-of on point if they didn’t taste a... little burnt. Idk bout their customer service since first time ordering from Uber Eats. The customer service at this restaurant is horrible, and so was the delivery. The delivery person did not want to deliver the... food to my apartment but instead wanted me to come downstairs with my new born child. If I wanted Uber eats I would have orderedfrom there. When I called the restaurant to get the status of my order the lady hung up in my face, when I called back she saidshe has someone on the other line and hung up on me again!. She claimed she couldn’t find my order and was very short with meand disrespectful. Never ordering from here again.
