Surprised by the low rating - seems people are concerned more about the value than the food itself. I probably get food from... here at least once a week if not more since I started to WFH. They?re the loveliest people whether you eat in, pick up or getdelivered. The spicy feta dip is amazing and I usually get the grilled chicken. So tasty. Prices are up, portions and quality are way down. Service is always good but theres too many options in the neighborhood these... days. Still solid for a gyro for lunch, but platters, salads, etc are terrible. (This is the tiniest piece of feta Ive ever hadwith a greek salad) Read more
solid gyro options (the haloumi/vegetarian version is especially unique and well put together). Would only recommend eating here... sparingly, not regularly due to moderately low value (overpriced for what it is) and seriously slow service - even at off-peakhours they underestimated pickup times consistently by 10+ minutes on at least 3 occasions in the last 3 months Read more
Bomb food. I?ve only has the gyro double meat but that?s because it has me in a chokehold. Ive tried the kabobs but I didn?t... like it. The fries a soggy but I love it?? it?s fresh and they make fries how they?re suppose to be made. Cut, washed, fried,salted. No preservatives or anything. Outdoor seating is small but I think they had to minimize because of COVID. Read more
Another place I found by searching for food on Google maps. I had the beef and lamb gyro and an order of fries. The gyro had... a good portion of meat and you have to wait a bit because they cook them as the order is made, which means no dried out bits ofmeat hidden under the lettuce. The fresh pond location I visited no longer makes pork or greek sausage gyros, both of which Iwanted to try when I saw them on the menu. Just my luck. You know how yoy open the bag and keep grabbing a few fries on the wayhome and when you get there you have no fries left? That won't happen with these fries. Huge portion, and very tasty. The placeis worth a visit if you're near the Fresh Pond Rd Station. Read more

Friendly neighborhood spot (realizing that it's a small chain in NY) Got the mixed grill and lemon potatoes. There were SO MUCH... meat for the 2 of us, we took the rest home and had another full meal from the left overs. Everything was seasoned well withtons of flavors. Would definitely recommend. I ordered here for a while, WAS a regular but today not only did they forget my salad but decreased the portion sizes. The gyro... chicken platter is HALF the size it used to be. Not ordering from here again Read more
