Love the ice coffee always perfect. Warm sandwichs, Snack bacon not burnt, donuts fresh, but I have seen flys a few times.
This has to be the worst Dunkin Donuts in America
This dunkin is the only Dunkin that ever makes my drinks right, and not just passable, like literally perfect. Whoever on bar... putting their whole Dunkussy in the drinks, and I appreciate that greatly. Read more
They're more expensive than Brooklyn stores & when u ask for apple donut, they give u something else. you ask for Bavarian... creme, they give u a wh frost creme. The staff doesn't know what they have. Read more
I have been to a few Dunkins between ridgewood and glendale and the service is always bad and the coffee is often nasty and... taste dirty and burnt from improperly cleaned machines. I have yet to find another dunkin like this one where the coffee isalways great and the employees and owners are always happy to help fix whatever problem you may have. This is a great place andI have been coming since they opened and will return always as a customer. Read more

The man at the counter at night is extremely rude, and the donuts are often stale. My coffee was lukewarm, and it tasted... horrible. Whatever happened to this establishment. It's just not the same anymore. It should be replaced with a Starbucks. I'dbe happier with that. Read more
