YUM! We usually go all the way to Montclair to find ramen and we were so excited to try this place out! It was SO GOOD. Their... chicken wings were probably the crispiest wings we've ever had and will def be back for these at the least. The Buns were SOSTUFFED WITH MEAT for the price vs other places we've gotten Buns and they were also so good. The ramen was...also delicious. We got spicy miso and soy broths. Perfect spot to pop into on a cold day. Warm up with a nice hot bowl of ramen! Would also recommended the sweet and spicy wings,... you get little gloves for your fingers so you don?t get sticky. I have never been disappointed when I came here. Vegan friendly ramen and a long list of ramen "add-ons". Tried the shrimp... shumai for the first time this visit and they were phenomenal! If you pay with cash, you get a free mochi! Yum! Read more
I got the soy Ramen and original Japanese soda and my brother got chicken katsu ramen for apps: spicy pork bao and gyoza. Don't... bother ordering off of the limited sushi menu as they weren't service sushi at all for dinner. The only options for the Japanesesodas were original and melon despite the various flavors they had listed on the menu. We sat outside and they were moderatelybusy for a Tuesday night. They tried charging us for extra items we didn't order and were pushy about it. Service was verysubpar. NOT AT ALL impressed. Your best bet is toto Ramen in hells kitchen. Whether it's dine in or takeout, Tori Ramen has quite the satisfying taste. The two times I've ordered the Tonkotsu / Beef ramen... bowls, Pork buns, and Gyoza - they were super fresh and super flavorful. Every bite is packed with excellence and care.
