Reviews for Pardis Persian Grill in Ridgewood, NJ
I keep coming back to this place over and over. I cannot get enough! The food is incredible. Very affordable, but also high... quality, and with large portions too! I've tried probably over half the menu, and every dish has been a wonderful flavor andtexture experience. The star of the show is the rice though. I can only describe it as "clean and simple". It comes perfectlycooked and seasoned beautifully every single time. The best part of all of this is that even though it's a lot of food, it isn'theavy or greasy at all, so you leave feeling great! The restaurant has a nice, although crowded interior, that feelscomfortable to be in. Every night I've been here it's been almost fully packed. The staff is consistently positive andwelcoming, and the owner is just lovely. Of all the restaurants in Ridgewood, this has to be in my top 3. I recommend it 100% Read more
Good Byob option for kababs and more. Don't shy away from the saffron ice cream. Not very sweet but a delicious end to a meal.
I don?t usually write Google reviews, but I feel compelled to leave one for this restaurant. The food is nothing short of... exceptional - some of the best Persian food my family and I have had the pleasure of eating in a long time. Seriously, it was sogreat that we came back twice in one week while we were visiting family in the area. The service and atmosphere are impeccable, and the food is more than worth its price for the portion sizes you get. We can?t wait to return; Pardis Persian Grill isdefinitely not to be missed! If I can give this place 100 ?? I would ! I?ve never had Persian food before and one day decided to try this place and boy was... my life changed. My husband and I even tried other Persian restaurants in ridgewood and this place remains elite. For appetizerswe love the kashk- bademjan and our go to order if the combo which can feed 2-3 people comfortably ( or more lol ) the kabobsare just juicy and mouth watering. Just a must try ! Kobideh is so good. The green rice was compatible with my Mom?s. However, I don?t recommend Soltani, it?s not mashed and it?s... more of shish kebab rather than Barg. Tah dig was good (not amazing) I enjoyed the Gheime and Tah dig. In general, if you areinterested in Iranian cuisine definitely it?s a very good place to try Kobideh. Read more
Amazing food and fun service! The lamb shank stew was to DIE for, and the saffron ice cream (pictured) was very tasty as well.... Interestingly chunky with a unique flavor. Also enjoyed the Jujeh kebob, a crispy grilled cornish hen dish. Highly recommended! Read more
Kabab barg was juicy, soft, cooked to perfection and was well balanced. Joojeh kabab was also really tasty and perfectly... marinated. Their koobideh on the other hand needs work because it's not balanced. For their koobideh, taste, texture and colorare all off as I think they just add too much spices and saffron to it (yes there's such a thing as too much saffron!).Appetizer was also fresh and tasty. Service was great and our server was very kind and helpful. Ambience was also verynice. Overall a great experience! Read more
A friend of mine recommended this place and I was very curious to test their food. Their dishes were deliciously made and the... portions were Iranian-like, enough to make a very hungry person super full. I particularly enjoyed the Koobideh as they were"made in Tehran" quality, haven't had such a great Kebab for a long time. I didn't have the opportunity to try the Fesenjoon andthe Tahdig, but I was told that they were very delicious! Green polo was also a delight, well seasoned and cooked to theperfection. Overall the food was really satisfying! Their service was very good too, very polite and efficient people. Istrongly recommend this place! Read more
