Would score it negative but the star rating will not go that low. Twice within a week, my coworkers and I working night shift... get off to go get breakfast, with one of the high ranking bosses inviting us to breakfast this time, only to be turned away. Iunderstand cleaning up and all, but theres nothing indicating cleaning hours, the site says 24 hours. Went there on a Friday night after work?. 12am. They locked the door. Refused service said they were closed. The people were... very rude and were making a mockery of the 4 cars that pulled up with me. Then the cook came and said they were takingapplications but we?re closed. This location has had the worst customer service and the worst food out of all the Waffle House Ihave been to. And for the ladies to be sitting inside and not taking orders or letting people in it was a shame! Read more
I went to this location to place a quick to-go order for 1 waffle and upon arrival into the restaurant I was not greeted with a... hello but a young lady came over to me and asked me to move my car very loud and rudely from the front I explained to her that Iwanted to do a quick to go order and that my car had nothing to do with it she had a nasty attitude and proceeded to take myorder the whole time she was rambling about my car I told her again that I would move it when I finish placing my order. Withthe utter disrespect and my frustrations I decided that I wasn?t comfortable with them making my food because she and everyonein there was hostile the place wasn?t even full and it was no need for any type of craziness or loud talking. Bottom line theway I was treated at this location was unwarranted ,unbelievable, hostile ,unprofessional, unjust and very nasty I decided tocancel my order which the young lady didn?t even know how to give me a refund it boggles me that they were so angry about my carbut (didn?t even know how to do their job accurately)being in a spot that was definitely a spot I parked in before with noproblem there?s no sign saying no parking they were more concerned about what was going on outside of the restaurant instead ofcooking and making money for the restaurant on the inside. NEVER? never go here they are racist, biased,rude, uneducated,crazy,and unprofessional ,classless,rude and don?t even know how to give a refund properly. Was greated upon opening the door. Waitress was very knowledgeable of menu and excelent communication skills. Was constantly... checking up on my needs and very friendly. Food was fresh and hot as it should be. Credit to the cook's they did a good job. Atmosphere was relaxing. Coffee was fresh and never got to the bottom of the cup. Fill up was always on time. Poor service is an understatement. Waited 10 minutes without even being acknowledged as I'm waiting for a table. There is one... unoccupied booth and it's still covered in dirty dishes and what not. There are 3 tables at the front of the restaurant ropedoff with the employees belongings strewn about. Go anywhere else. Literally anywhere. Read more
This is the worst Waffle House, the young lady stated they only make fresh grits on second shift. That is so disgusting, we?ll... wonder it?s always crunchy and not cooked properly.
