Waiting 45+ mins for an online order, no ingredients available hardly, staff hardly acknowledges you, locking the doors during... store hours to prevent overloading of customers. At 1pm! I've worked for subway before but I've never seen this before. I'm alocal resident here that is a regular. Not anymore after today. Flat out ridiculous. Read more

Walked in at 1:01, walked out at 1:31 with about 5 people ahead of me. I know I?m in the South and things mover slower here,... but this is just an unacceptable slow pace provided by these 3 employees. Amy made my sandwiches. She wiped the knife on herapron prior to cutting my sandwich! Gross. Then prior to cutting my other sandwich, she takes all of the knifes in the greencontainer to the kitchen mid sandwich making and is gone for 5 mins. Comes back with the same gloves on which are drenched withwho knows what and attempts to cut my sandwich-but not before I asked her to change her gloves! I shouldn?t have had to ask herthat! Bathroom was disgusting which was not surprising at all. Mental note to self-do not stop at exit 21, even if the gas isa few cents cheaper. Read more
Not a bad location, but restrooms were out of order with no signs posted, store had wheat bread only, & there weren't any forks.... Tighten it up Subway! Read more
The subs was made sloppy and no napkins was provided. Ordered 3 sandwiches and none was marked. Missing ingredients all 3... sandwiches. Jalapeños peppers tasted funky. This is not the first issue we have had with this subway. Read more

Slow slow slow...snail service from those young people. No sense of urgency or presence. They move in slow motion. Honestly!... For a busy street like that, they need people there who want to work and workers who value customers time. Hire some immigrants,better for your business. Read more
