I absolutely loved this place. HOWEVER, I placed an online order, it went through. Said someone was working on it. THEN, they... canceled it! No call. No text. I found out through the tracking app! I called the store and sat on hold for 39 minutes! I thensent a message through the app. Through Facebook and Twitter. Corporate was absolutely no help. Telling me to get in contactwith the store. And then sending me an email telling me plain and simple, your money will be refunded. What? Seriously? ThankGod for a local pizza place. You've lost a longtime customer. Absolutely ridiculous! Placed order, credit card debited but they canceled my order without explanation. I called and long wait time...REP TELLS ME... After working a 12 hour shift I was starving and figured I could order a pizza on my way home. I ordered online and when I... arrived there was only one employee in the store. I stood at the counter waiting for him to make contact for over 10 minutes.Finally another employee came in and asked what I needed. Told him I was picking up an order and then he told me they had notreceived an order in the last 30 minutes. As I pull up my confirmation it refreshed and said it was cancelled by the store. Ithen asked if I could order the pizza and was told I was not able to because they were closing and cleaning up. Their hours say,open until 10pm. It was 8:45pm. Terrible service. Read more

We are staying at a hotel and did not feel like going out to dinner. We ordered a pizza to be delivered to our hotel. My on-line... order went to the Ridgeland, SC store. I appreciated your on line ordering and your notifications of where my pizza was. Mypizza arrived 10-15 minutes after the notification said it was here. Instead of being hot and bubbly, it was warm and dried outand the dipping sauce was cold! It has been many years since I ordered from Domino?s and I will never order from Domino?sagain. Read more

I ordered online in the morning and they cancelled my order 30 minutes before it was to be delivered with no reason given in the... email and text. It was for our twin's birthday party so we had to scramble to feed all these kids. Tried calling the store andnobody answered so perhaps it's staffing issues. Will not use them again, as that is too unpredictable for me. We ended up goingwith Papa John's and it was super fast service and they answered their phone. Read more

This location has gone through so many cooks and staff! The pizza is never consistent! As you can see from the pictures, the... toppings are almost 4 inches from the edges in spots on the pizza. I can't blame the current staff as they were very friendlyand the service for pickup was quick. The Franchise owner however has to do a better job training to standards and staffing. Read more
