Ordered on line Saturday for a pick up of turkey and ham. Paid on line and scheduled for pick up today. Went in with scan from... email to pay. It was a free for all. There was no preference for prepaid pick ups. They did not have my ham size so I had towait until it was cut in the back! The glaze is like a rock and fell off the ham immediately after opening. I placed an order for an already prepared entree yet when I get there I was told that something was wrong with their system and... they weren't getting orders. If you have a system that accepts orders, shouldn't you be checking the system every morning whenyou open and periodically throughout the day? So, I had to sit and wait about 15 minutes for my food to be prepared, but thefood was excellent. Read more
