Delivery was within a great time! Philly was hot and made to order.
Horrible customer service. I ordered myself a large and my family a regular. When we got our food I notice all the sandwiches... were all the same size so I went and told them I order a large , the workers there said yes that is a large so I said well showme what the regular looks like. It was the same exact size. Unbelievable. They did nothing to correct it except say that's justthe way the bread comes. That's like going to subway and they have a 6 inch but because they call it a large they charge 4dollars more but its still a 6 inch. Steak escape is a ripoff trying to sell large sandwiches but they are really just regular. $70 dollars down the drain. Read more
Food was great, cooked to order and very delicious!! Great spot for cheesesteak lovers in the Jackson area.
Food was good. The customer service was something to be desired. No " Can I help you?" , " have a nice day" " thank you" even... after I said " Thank you not once but twice....once after ordering and once after receiving my food. I ordered a tea, thegentleman said " we outta tea". Well ok are you out? are you making more? I mean what does out mean? Just no care at all.Customer service skills definitely needs work. Read more
