This place really impressed me at one point and then it's like they just started hiring unprofessional staff again. Today is... November 26th. This morning I ordered a breakfast burrito. Keep in mind, these are pretty big so yes I requested 6 packets ofsauce to eat with this burrito and the tots. When I initially ordered my food, I noticed the female on the intercom was rushingme. Then when I pulled up to the window, the woman eventually passed me my bag and tried to hurry up and close the window. Ichecked my bag and didn't see any sauce. I told the lady I still needed my sauce. Her response was that she already put two inthe bag... that's not what I asked for . I kindly reminded her that I asked for 6 and asked if she could add 4 more packets so Ican have 6. She got an attitude and said she'll give me 3 instead. Excuse me? Honey who are you to tell someone what they can'thave???? What's 1 more packet? It's a condiment! I didn't appreciate the attitude. Chick fil a doesn't act like this. Thepeople here have just become so nasty and rude. Just the other day, I came to this same location during lunch and the guy pickedup cursing on the speaker. I'm not coming back to this location. I went by the Burger King on Lake Harbor and got indifferent service, no napkins, ketchup, Luke warm fries and a burger that... smelled awful. Wrapped up my $13 mistake and went on down to the Sonic where the tots were hot, burger smelled delicious and thesweet girl brought it out with a smile. Sonic is a old school drive in with new school flair. Prices are acceptable. Customer service is good generally though they can... sometimes be slow. Read more
This location has really gone downhill over the last year or so. The last two times I have waited over an hour for my food... despite going during non-peak hours (around 1pm) and ordering only a standard combo. After a while I would try and flag down acarhop or press the button again to ask what's up but that didn't help. This is just ridiculous, if there is not enough staffto operate this location it should be closed, though both times there have been carhops around so I'm not sure if it's a problemwith making the food or getting lost in the system or something else. Either way it is unreasonable and I'm probably nevercoming back to this location. Read more
We ordered through the app. We checked in as always and waited... and waited. After about 20 minutes we noticed every stall was... showing "red button activated" and people were only using the drive through. We managed to get the attention of a worker and hetold us how short staffed they were but that our order was almost ready. The food was correct and tasted good. The worker smiledand thanked us for choosing Sonic. Be patient, they are doing the best they can. Read more
I ordered a bacon toaster and asked that everything be cooked well done and the waiter acted as if she had never heard of such a... thing....the cheese was not melted, the bread was not toasted and the sandwich was not hot. The mozarella cheese sticks tastedfunny too. Read more
Worst sonic ever! Horrible customer service! Employees will see you at the stalls via the windows and will not answer the... speaker. I placed a mobile order, waited at a stall for 10 minutes to only be told to use the drive thru. When arrived to thedrive thru, I waited another 10 minutes behind a car to be informed they were out of my purchased items. The employee got anattitude with me when asking to speak with a manager. She stormed off and stated ?I don?t have time for this ?????
