Was told there were pumpkin spice cakes balls only to find out at the window there weren?t any after I paid. Asked for wedding... cake instead and got red velvet. Asked for a cup holder for my 4 coffees and was told there weren?t any cup holders. Onlyreceived one coffee when I ordered 4 and ended up waiting 30 more minutes on the 3 she hadn?t made yet. Slowest service of any coffee shop I have been to in my life! Have been through their drive through twice since opening. The... first time was a few days after opening. I was behind two other cars in the line and it took them about 45 mins to fulfill myorder of a hot mocha and a scone. What's ironic was that I only wanted a hot beverage. They asked me three times while orderingwhether I was sure that I didn't want anything else, and suggested their sandwiches and bakery items. I gave in and ordered araspberry scone. Got to the pick up window after about 20 mins. They promptly charged my card, closed the window and went AWOLfor 5 mins. Someone new came back and said they didn't have the raspberry scone, the one I didn't want in the first place. I hadalready been waiting 25 minutes, so I was willing to take anything and just asked them to give me whatever scone they had.Another 8-10 mins later they came back with my mocha and a cold scone. I was very disappointed to say the least as I really likethe mocha, so I hoped it was due to the recent opening. I went back a few weeks later. This time, I ordered just a velvet icedrink. And thankfully there was no one else in the drive through. Again, payment was accepted promptly and they handed me areceipt to sign. 15 mins later someone came with my drink, slammed the window and left before I could return the receipt andpen, and before I could even ask for a straw. Thankfully, another staff member was passing by and noticed me waving outside thewindow. The iced drink was decent, but this was again a 20 min ordeal from ordering to delivery, in an otherwise completelyempty drive through. I went in in the 9 o'clock hour. I ordered 3 beignets and a drink. It took them 10 mins to make my order, and boy the beignets... were perfectly cooked in temperature (too much powder sugar for my taste though). They were so delicious that I had to go backthe next day but easy on the sugar. My second visit took about ten mins as well. I would definitely go back for the beignets! Read more
I want this place to succeed, the coffee is excellent and it is a great location. The first time I went you had been open under... a week and I waited 30 minutes at the drive thru for a granita. Tried again today and we waited 45 minutes at drive thru for 2granitas. Employees are very nice but obviously you have a management issue. Next Door neighborhood app has had several reviewsstating the same issue! Please try and fix it! Read more
