The staff was rude, machines weren?t working and they weren?t labeled they weren?t working, when we walked up to the register... the employee walked away and began cleaning something. We stood there for a few minutes until he got done. He seemed frazzledand disgruntled. It could have just been a bad day but the store wasn?t busy and he was rude to another set of customers aswell. They have a great product. I would rate the frozen yogurt 5 stars. On 1 star because of the service. Where did you get these... quiet employees from that dont greet you or anything. Customer service grade F. Please get sum young upbeat energy in this placebefore these employees cause people to stop coming. The guy never noticed our exsistence until it was time to pay. The frozen yogurt is delicious here. Plenty of fresh toppings to choose from as well. Everything is kept neat and clean. My only... gripe it's that they were out of about half of all of the flavors that should have been offered. Also the employee working thatday shut things down early. The hot toppings bar was not available for me or the people that came after me. Read more
I like their selection of low fat yogurt. It's always super clean in there. They have a good selection of toppings. There's also... outside seating and games on the table. My nieces and nephew likes this place...they also have mood changing spoons! Read more
