On this occasion food was pretty good but service was not. I don't know if they need more people or what but I have gone to this... McDonald's multiple times and the door has been locked though they were serving in the drive through. On this occasion theyrequired I use the kiosk which I did. They never delivered the food even though the kiosk required me to put in tent number. Read more
Not enough workers. Kiosks not working. No one there to help you use the one kiosk that was in service. No one there to... facilitate inside service. When food finally came 30 minutes later, burger was cold and bread was stale. Worst McDonald'sexperience I've ever had. Pay for good help please!!! Read more

Absolutely no customer service. Barked at to use a kiosk to order like it's so obvious we should know. Abandoned car in parking... lot. Wall decorations falling off. Dirty. First of all the lady on the drive thru speaker was very rude. Then after spending 42.00 in which I wasn't given a receipt I get... to the window to get my food and the order was all messed up in which I tried to tell her what I ordered but she kept telling methat they didn't ring me up for this or that but because I wasn't giving a receipt so they pretty much give me what they wantedme to have. I ordered and paid for a caramel latte add whip cream and caramel drizzle on top.. I get to the window, they told me to pull up... , I asked for 3 equal to be brought out as well ... window said ok. Rushing me off they didn?t add whip cream or drizzle orequal packages. These folks need to slow down and get customers orders right. Every time I order this they mess it up..EVERYtime. As soon as I pulled up ta rude lead/ manager at about 8:30 on 6/6/22... hwy 51walked it out. I should have stayed atwindow.... don?t know why they told me to pull up... I asked for the equal packages... very nasty rude woman said what equal. Isaid the one I asked for... she walked back in talking trash as I had a chance to open top.. order was wrong, so instead of herapologizing she outside arguing with me the customer saying whip cream nor drizzle comes with the latte.. I advised it does andshe said well it?s extra for that... I advised I paid the extra. She continued to argue so I told her to refund me my money. Theunprofessional woman snatched cup out my hand and took her time in bringing me my 4 dollars for the latte. All the managers/lead workers are rude, they don?t speak , build rapport, apologize for messing up orders, or say thank you come again... well Iwon?t come again. WHY is this location ALWAYS closed and taking drive thru only? Are they lazy? Not enough employees (not an excuse!) I?m tired... of coming by this location and not being able to get anything. I don?t do drive throughs because they don?t know or understandthe physics of warm tea vs ice. Read more
