This has become the slowest location that I've been to this far. What is the purpose of ordering ahead of time when you still... have to wait 35 minutes in line? You pull up to the window and they just leave you sitting there waiting. Then on top of that, the girl at the window acted like she didn't know how to open her mouth. This is awful. I just gave this location my 4th and FINAL chance. Service is always horrible. I placed my order online and it said it would be... 35 mins, I gave it 40 mins and still had to wait another 33 mins before I got my order. Its great that they hire special needs,but the girl wont speak to customers unless they ask for help and is left upfront by herself. I watched 15 customers just walkout after not being helped two of them had already placed their order and paid. I have no clue how many employees were workingthe back but they are severely understaffed and management could use a TON of training. I saw one girl telling customers tograb a cookie for the inconvenience, which is a nice gesture but you still need to fix the problem as money is being lost leftand right at this location. I see lots of bad reviews, so I guess the franchise owner just doesn't care about the loss. Read more
The floors were sticky, it smelled like dirty dish water, and they never cleaned any tables off the entire time we were there... (over an hour). We had to wipe crumbs off of a table ourselves because that was the cleanest one in there. We ordered table sideand they made it to go and didn?t even bring it to our table. I had to go to the counter and ask them for our drinks which wehad to replace with alternate drinks because the tea tasted like water. Read more
The staff at this McAlister?s Deli are awesome! Super friendly, good at their jobs, and happy to be there. The food was... excellent, served quickly and accurately. We ordered 3 different meals, all were exceptional. We also appreciate the glutenfree bread option. Highly recommend. Read more
I?ve been to this location maybe 4 times and the customer service is terrible each time. This will be my last time going back to... this location. Today I walked in, a whole group of team members at the front?. Not one greeted me. Cool that?s fine, ordered myfood. Never said that I wanted to place a to-go order nor did the lady ask. She asked for my name, me not thinking anything ofit I went to sit down and I heard my name being called so I looked up they made my order to-go. Well okay, that?s fine I guessI?ll just take it home and eat. I asked for a cup of honey mustard and the young lady asked would I take brown mustard instead?when I asked do they not have honey mustard she said ?well it?s 0.54 cents? I?m like ummm okay no problem I can pay 0.54 cents,with confusion I?m asking myself do I look like I can?t afford 0.54 cents?? Then I get home to eat my food and open the 0.54cent honey mustard to barely even halfway full!! The what seem to be manager/team lead was yelling at the workers in the backabout she was caked up in the parking lot with her man while I was waiting to be greeted or for my order to be taken. Justhighly unprofessional and very unknowledgeable staff. And might I also add, this was around 7 pm so it?s not the morning crew. Read more
As any other McAlister just amazing no one had attitude my cashier was patient and she brought me my food and was pleasant to... interact with. I?d definitely be getting this again it was so good it was the southwest chipotle chicken. The table inside andout was also clean. The question is how long will they keep this up. Otherwise the new look of the build and the location isvery convenient. Read more
I ordered a 1/2 sandwich, 1/2 salad combo. I was pleased with my salad. However, my sandwich lacked meat. I ordered the club... sandwich with a pickle spear. It looked like whoever prepared my sandwich pinched off a tiny piece of meat and put it in thebread. I also had 3 pieces of bread & there was nothing between 2 of the slices ????. Im sure my sandwich wasn't supposes to belike that. I didn't receive my pickle spear either. Read more
The food is great and the people are nice but they are very slow, particularly in busy times. And what's worse is the way the... pickup drive-thru has been designed. often blocks up the driveway, because of how slow they are. seriously, redesign it. Andget more workers or pay people more, or fix your food preparing process. Read more
