Terrible management

I called first thing in the morning, as I didn't Know what time they opened. Keira answered the phone and was so delightful. She... was such a help including repeating back the name that I wanted on the cookie cake, she knew prices, and reassured me that thecake would be big enough for the number of people I needed it for. She also, on her own, asked if I was taking it to a schooland offered to cut the cake prior to icing it. She was such a delight to work with. Thank you Keira! Read more

North park mall ridgeland, ms... If I could give a negative star review I would. Every time I come here it?s never pleasant.... Today tipped me over the edge. I was craving a cookie so bad but when I walked up to the counter there were 3 employees loudlyyelling at each other and not one of them even acknowledged that I was there. I waited to see if they would wrap up theirconversation but no. When I got irritated enough with them I walked away obviously irritated, one of them yelled behind me?you?re welcome? in the most disrespectful and sarcastic tone. I will never visit another store again because I refuse to shopwith a company that hires people with no respect or care. Read more

Always nice and friendly when I go and the cookies are really good

Ordered the $31.99 Happy Birthday cookie cake and cake was delivered without Happy Birthday on it, only my daughter's name and... some messy looking balloons. I was not pleased. I did call and the person on the phone did offer to make it up, but thesurprise had already been delivered. Hopefully I can post photos in the comments. Read more

Put in my order last minute, the girls were able to make my 12" cake, decorate it and get it done within an hour. I just didn't... like the "hidden fees" that weren't told to me on the phone. After it was already done baking she told me it's an extra $3 forthat cookie, that's fine...then when we got there, it was actually an extra $5.50 . Wished she knew the price difference beforewe put in our whole order. Cookie was a tad too thin, when we cut into it, it basically fell apart and wasn't a slice. Keptbraking apart when we tried to pick it up. Taste is good, texture...not a fan. Read more
