I ordered 35 pizzas, and they had them ready on time. I would recommend this location to everyone.
Went in first to get a cheese pizza and it looked like it had been sitting for hours and so I settled for pepperoni. Leave and... realize when I get to the park to eat and the thing is not even cut! Where is the mind if people ? So I had to use a darnfork?.. Read more
Great place to get pizza. It was fast. Service was good. Prices were good. Employees were nice.
Customer service was beyond horrible..first of all when I came in patiently waiting in line for the cashier to take my order she... was more concern with providing her Co worker with 15 cents for who knows whatever.. then she was acknowledging me. When shefinally took my order she just yelled...what can I get you. No hey how you doing welcome to little Ceasars or how about sorryfor your wait..no she just rudely yell what can I get you. I ordered cheesesticks and she went to get me one out of the reservethat they had cooked..I asked how long those had been in there..she put it back n said 10 minutes. Again rudely.. her 10 minutesstatement was here way of saying I would have to wait 10 minutes before I would get my cheesestick. And to add insult to injurythe manager was within ear shot the whole time. Never once did she intervene. I been in Jackson for 4 months and I finally founda little Ceasars only to be disappointed. I will not be back. I know Customer service is a lost art but I refuse to pay for badservice!!!! There is to many other pizza places that would love to get my hard earned money Read more
We went here to grab some pizzas for the kids when they got out of the pool. They didn't have many hot and ready so we just took... what they had because they didn't look like they were going to cook anymore. I was already hesitant about ordering little Cesar's and this was my first time ordering from this location. Furthermore I had... to wait 61-71 minutes all to receive the wrong order. I order through the service Doordarshan. The driver almost drove off withthe sauce. The sauce wasn't necessary do to receiving the wrong break order. I order a bundle deal that should have came withpepperoni pizza,Pepsi and bread cheese sticks. I received three regular break sticks and no Pepsi. I tried reaching out to thedriver as well as the franchise and was unable to reach anyone. I hope this issue can be resolved. Read more
I came in an hour before close and they had already stop taking orders. The employee I encountered was very rude and short with... me for asking if they had any hot and ready?s left, I was not greeted and was treated like a nuisance for making her get out ofher chair and off of her phone. Can easily find a better experience at any other pizza joint. They?re a dime a dozen. Read more
I can?t really rate the food- never made it that far. I stood here for about 3 minutes watching the two employees play on their... phones. I said hello, and neither of them even looked up. Just walked out. Unbelievable. Read more
