I just went by this restaurant and this is the third time I have sat at the order box for 8 minutes only to be told that the... system is down so not taking any orders this has taken place at different times of the day. This is ridiculous and needless tosay,totally unacceptable you people better get your act together or your doors will be closed. If they system is down why wouldit take an employee 8 minutes to tell you that oh and I,must not forget the time I sat at the order box for 15 minutes beforethey came on,the intercom and told me the system was down Read more
They were a bit slow for it being early and not busy. But the staff was very polite. Otherwise, it was a good transaction. ????
this is probably the worst restaurant I have ever seen. and thats compared to ALL restaurants I have been in. it's so dirty and... sticky and the service is AWFUL. the workers just sit outside and ignore customers, when you walk in AND when you go to thedrive thru so wait is painfully slow. was forced to go to the drive thru because they locked the doors, so we weren't able topick the order up inside. I have only ever done Doordash orders from here, so I can't speak to how the food quality is, but ifit's anything like the state the restaurant is in, it's probably terrible. Read more
This place will be closed down in the next year, bet!! The worst experience I have ever had at a fast food establishment. The... wait was extremely long, but I can deal with that as long as the food is good. The employees were AWFUL!!! They were cussing ateach other and using the ?n? word while we sat at the drive through window. It was the most awkward experience. Waited in drive through for over 30 minutes and finally gave up. Called them while I was in line to see what the problem was... and the girl was downright rude. This has happened both times that I have gone to this location. Poor management - or should Isay "no management". Read more
I've always enjoyed their breakfast & I was use to going to the location on State street but this particular Saturday I was off... so I decided to try this one out since it was closer. I got my food & it was Hot and Fresh exactly how I ordered it. I had thesausage 3egg breakfast with grits, scrambled eggs well done w/ toast & a extra sausage. Just what I needed to get my morningstarted. Everything was good & most definitely will be back to catch that Hot breakfast again. Read more
