Me and my family love KFC.. however we currently stay in Canton, Ms and I have yet to get some great chicken from the KFC there.... My wife waited to get some fresh crispy chicken and sides the meal was a let down to us and what we are used to (everytime wego). It was over cooked, hard and it had a strong smell of old grease... So the next time we wanted chicken we Googled KFC andfound out that it was one in Ridgeland, Ms and we went. OMG, what a surprise the food was hot and fresh the chicken tasted likechicken.... Mr Alex and his staff took great care of me to make sure that my visit to there restaurant was a good and pleasantexperience. Thanks again guys..... Read more
AWFUL SERVICE, FOOD, and ETC. I just take my mom there but I refuse to give this location any of my ???? ????
The customer service was extremely non- existent. My coworker and I stopped in for lunch on 6/2/22 and the cashier Alexander... refused to acknowledge or speak as she was greeted. She simply stared with a look of contempt and refused any kind of verbalinteraction. As a customer this made the experience very uncomfortable. The food was prepared fine and was good quality. Thecustomer service was appalling. As I looked across the street I saw ChickFila was overrun with customers. This particular KFChad myself and coworker present and that was it. This was at Noon also. I can see why the place was empty. Hopefully, othercustomers do not receive the type of ?unwanted communication ? that we received at this particular establishment. Read more

The food was not good. The chicken tasted like it had been cooked in old grease. It wasn't fresh or nearly fresh at all. I would... have went back, but it is hard to get in and out of the location when the traffic is flowing. The good part was the Mac andcheese. Read more
