Workers are rude! I nicely let the person giving me my order know that I had a fruit punch as well because it wasn?t given to me... with the rest of my order. He responded in a passive aggressive tone, ?I know? as if I was irritating him. He proceeds to giveme the drink and it is wrong. Definitely won?t be coming to this location ever again. Read more

My car went dead as soon as I got in line during high peak lunch time hours. The associate that was about to take my order... immediately got her manager to come assist. She proceeded to still take my order and made my feel better by stayingpositive/optimistic. The manager and another associate pushed me through the entire line. I've always been fond of Chick-fil-A. This one is new so I checked it out. I went inside once, (nice and clean) and once... through the drive through. The days I went they were very fast with my order. I see some reviews that they took a long time,but I'm guessing it would depend on how many new people they are training because I didn't have the issue. Another 5 star formy chicken nuggets. Do yourself a favor and visit the location off of County Line Road. I?ve frequented this location at least 5-8 times, and every... time (excluding once) there is SOMETHING wrong with my order, or I?m sitting in drive thru for an extended period of time. TodayI was given a sweet tea instead of the half sweet tea/half lemonade mix that I requested. The other visit ended with me nothaving the sauces I requested. Another visit I was sitting in the drive thru for 15+ minutes because they ?ran out? of chickenbiscuits and needed to prepare more. Out of convenience, I chose to patronize this location, convenience is not enough of anexcuse for me to keep coming to this location. It?s just not worth it, and I won?t be returning. Read more
