Asked for a white mocha hot chocolate- and she gave me a regular hot chocolate with the clumps of powder sitting on top ! When I... told her I didn?t ask for that she said we don?t have the white mocha- that doesn?t mean give me what you want you supposed totell me you don?t have it . Place is very disorganized and rude workers starting with manager/owner. On multiple times have ordered on the go with plenty of... time and still go inside and wait 15-20. When ask for my order owner yells you must wait. Even after one time half my order wasmissing and just asking for other half. Only reason place is in business is d&d sells it self. This is a busy location. I come here often after taking my kids to the doctors office. They have one person working the floor... and another employee in the back not helping. With the Main Street this location is on you would think they would have morestaff on the floor. I have been waiting for one coffee and toast for over 15 minutes. Read more
The dirtiest DK I have ever visited, been there 4 times and nothing has changed. They have a large variety of donuts and ice... cream just as all the others DK. Parking for thirty minutes helps because is all meter parking outside. The staff seems to bebored and poorly managed. The ice cream taste like medicine, poor quality ice cream. The bathrooms are disgusting as well. Ido not recommend this place. Go to other locations if you are craving. Read more
Sub par experience here. I've been a regular customer at this location in my neighborhood for twelve years. The last two times... I've been there the staff was more concerned with sweeping the floor than taking care of multiple customers waiting on line. Last visit when I respectfully asked that one employee shift his attention from the sweeping to helping customers, he told"you'll have to wait". I told him "no I don't" & left. It's been a few months since I've been there & I stopped for coffeetonight, same deal. When the guy finally stopped sweeping & came to the counter, he never even washed his hands beforeservicing guests. I wondered if they use that broom & dust pan when they clean the restrooms. Between that & the flies buzzingaround the donut display I was grossed out. I figured I'd probably survive a simple black coffee, but It did not taste right. I returned it was given another coffee which tasted the same. I could not even finish it as I was concerned it might becontaminated with urn cleaner or something. Why pay more to be treated disrespectfully & receive inconsistent product when 7/11is 100 feet away? Ownership should take a close look at how they are represented here. It's unfortunate to have to write a negative review but this Dunkin is just AWFUL!!! I went here a few months ago and placed an... order. The attendant had a difficult time understanding not only my order but the customer before me. Well she had gotten myorder completely wrong and overcharged me. I had to wait an extra 5 minutes for the new order. Went here last night to get adrink and tasted very stale. Not only that but it smells like a dirty mop in the store. I hope this location gets its acttogether before it becomes another empty store front in town. Read more
