I feel above nd Beyond in the town
I took my nieces out on a mini road trip to go shopping in CT. One of which is very particular about what she eats because of... autism on the spectrum. They were so helpful and accommodating. Even though they were almost out of cucumbers, he gave her aplate full because it "hadn't touched the salad" which made her happy. I am so grateful and will definitely go back there! BTW... If you want to eat any type of seafood, please go somewhere else, the calamari was like eating rubber, and the shrimp had shells... on it, in a pasta, like if you want to put that kind of food on your menu you could at least know how to cook it and prepare it,it was horrible and I rather eat food from a garage can than spend any money here ever again Read more

Village is on the better end of the scale when it comes to pizza places in ridgefield. The pizza is consistently great, the... staff are always really good guys who treat their regulars and new customers alike well, and their menu has way more optionsthan many places, in that it has actual Italian dishes (unlike other Italian pizza places in the area who might give you astrange look when asking for a pasta dish outside of spaghetti and meatballs). So overall I'd highly recommend village, theircheese pizza and their chicken house special in particular are some of my favorite meals in ridgefield. Read more
While waiting for a friend to arrive we sat down to talk for a few minutes. The owner came out and told us that we need to leave... and that he would call the police to tow our cars, while we were getting up to order pizza. Shame that he lost 8 customerstoday, 3 of which where returning customers. I prefer to eat at Venice pizza anyways, where they don't threaten to call thepolice when you wait for your friends. Delicious food. Best eggplant parm entree- - also love their eggplant parm spinach wrap- good fresh salads also. Recommend!
