I honestly cannot imaging how anyone could give this place anything below five stars. The service food and atmosphere were... outstanding! Francesco was so engaging and one of the best waiters we’ve ever had! We will definitely be back again. What away to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary! ???????? Read more

This was our second time there. Our first experience was great but this time it was terrible. The service was atrocious. The... server had way too many tables, she was the only one there. She never came to check on how everything was. They seated a partyof 12 or 15 near us and it was so cramped the poor busboys could barely get through to serve the other tables. I was told thekitchen didn't have any other vegetable beside endive and potato? WHAT? What restaurant doesn't have vegetables but when mayhusband's meal came out, he had carrots and something else. The server seemed irritable and stressed. Won't be going back forsure!!! Read more

One of the best meals Ive ever had in my life, our bartender / host Gordon was the life of the party! Food is authentic, the... chef Sandro introduced himself and it was great to see his authentic Rome based dishes brought to life here in CT. The drinkswere fantastic, and the atmosphere reminds me of high end nyc. Recommend to anyone thats in the area! Read more

beautiful italian restaurant with wood fire oven. I had dinner here with my family. Salad was good and we liked the pizza, but... ravioli and meatball was pretty blend. Also, I saw potatoes on all seafood menu. It would be amazing if I could see more varietyof italian style vege option. Read more

Amazing! It’s like dining in Italy next door. Very fresh, modern and pleasant atmosphere. Ambient lighting. You can see the... kitchen while you’re eating which is always a nice touch. The food was absolutely delicious and of high quality! Thepresentation was so beautiful I had to take photos of everything. I love that their menu is simple and not overwhelming. Yet haseverything you need. The waiter Patrick was very attentive and knowledgeable about the food and Italian dining. Also had apleasure of meeting and speaking with the owner Massimo which was a very nice personable touch. Can’t wait to be back to trytheir pizzas and branzino. ???????????? Read more

Returning to the Ridgefield Playhouse for an outdoor event in late May, “Echoes of Sinatra,” we noticed in the program a... local restaurant named “Posa” was sponsoring the show and offering a free glass of wine to patrons who attended. We decidedto try their Ristorante for something different than our favorite place where we prefer to dine when attending theplayhouse. There was a guitarist set up outside playing popular music to customers who wanted to sit on the patio. The maitred’ greeted us at the door and asked where we’d like to eat and we said indoors having been outside for two hours at theconcert. He brought us to a booth. A waitress brought us menus and came back to take our drink orders. I asked what the specialswere and she didn’t know so the maitre d’ came back and thought of a couple. I liked the second one he described and he saidit was a popular dish. We never really had any one server and in total probably had five or six by the time we received ourcheck. This made how much to tip confusing as we didn’t know how it would be divided. Breadsticks and rolls were brought tothe table. The breadsticks were quite dry and flavorless to me, but my partner said this is how they’re commonly made andserved in Italy so he was pleased and ate two or three. I had a roll though no olive oil or butter came with them. We opted tobuy a bottle of Pellegrino along with our two special menu cocktails, a “Thyme & Thyme” and “Negroni Sbagliato.” Bothhad unique flavors and a good pour. A complimentary crocche appetizer was presented with the bread – two small fried potatocheese balls, like croquettes (hence the name) or fritters; they’re like arancini but a fraction of the size with potatoinstead of rice. A savory bite. Well done. When we read an Italian restaurant has excellent pizza in addition to their dinnermenu, we like to order one as an appetizer and then bring home the rest. Since they proudly mention their wood burning oven, wehad to try a slice and Read more
