This was our second time there. Our first experience was great but this time it was terrible. The service was atrocious. The... server had way too many tables, she was the only one there. She never came to check on how everything was. They seated a partyof 12 or 15 near us and it was so cramped the poor busboys could barely get through to serve the other tables. I was told thekitchen didn't have any other vegetable beside endive and potato? WHAT? What restaurant doesn't have vegetables but when mayhusband's meal came out, he had carrots and something else. One of the best meals Ive ever had in my life, our bartender / host Gordon was the life of the party! Food is authentic, the... chef Sandro introduced himself and it was great to see his authentic Rome based dishes brought to life here in CT.
