Made my drink 4 times still wrong.3 other stores go there.ill go to another store.you have many one star.
Been here twice now I have had no issues with my orders.
I love this place, the staff is great!! I love the way they treat customers.
Well people are so nice & very friendly! I always go there in the morning & I fell peace of mind . I love it deep in my heart ??
All the usual Starbucks drinks. Lots of staff. Usual Starbucks design, though with plenty of seating indoors.
I ordered ahead on the mobile app and waited until the time the app told me to (I had forgotten my mask) and then went inside to... grab my drink. It was not ready and they made me stand outside in the cold for another 30 minutes, got my drink wrong twice, anddid not apologize for any of it. Very disappointed and will be taking my business to the new Dutch Bros in town even though theyare less convenient. Read more
Have 20-30min of your life to waste? This place has you covered! 3 years living here and this is the most consistent place in... Ridgecrest! This place needs process management?. 20-30 mobile orders sitting for 15-20 min?. Ordered inside as a walk up- it?sbeen 30 min and still no coffee? the drive through is wrapped around the building?. Whoever owns this place needs to actuallycome in and look at how things are being ran, you clearly are leaving money on the table by not expanding youroperation. SLOWEST STARBUCKS IN THE WORLD Seriously.... how is it even possible for a 4 car drive through to take 30 minutes toget a coffee?!?! Love to say this was the first time.... make a miracle happen- please hire a manager that can teach these kidsorder of operation and simple skills!! How? Lousy. Usually Starbucks are all the same but this one at least said bananas are "discontinued", lol. Which was the sole fresh... item, everything else is packaged in plastic from a warehouse somewhere. I'm not snobby or demanding with overworked underpaidstaff, maybe the boss is a jerk. But my simple order was delivered on three bags, I had to look through them on the counter tofind mine. Read more
