Thank you so much had a free sandwich for Birthday from Tim Horton app. But the egg was too dry, the look was too bad. I order... the potato wedges were super dry, I did not eat it and threw it out. Hopefully can improve the food later. Read more
Lady taking drive thru orders was rude. I was there today and she messes up my order. The steep tea was only water and milk. The... iced coffee was missing sweetner. She was rude taking the orders and yelled to drive up when I was confirming the order. I wentback to correct it and told her she messed up. She had an attitude, shoved the correct Steep tea and refused to fix the iced coffee. She also refused to stay and talk and made her colleague (who was nice and understanding) at the window deal witheverything. There was also a guy yelling at the back saying the ice coffee is fine. Without checking or trying.Overall ahorrible experience. No matter how frustrating your job is, you should take customer complaint and try to work for a solution.Being rude and dismissive of your mistake is unprofessional. I feel bad for the other woman working at the window. As she had nofault and had to be the one listening to us. The other two were plain rude and did not care at all. They left her by herselfwithout helping. Read more
