Terrible! Why open a fast-food restaurant in mall and not recruit enough employees. There is no manager on site, and all the... employees don't care that the people standing in line also have to go to work. Employees are rude, it looks like they work therefor free. Read more
Service was quick. My first time ordering Hazelnut Cold Brew and it tastes so freakin' good!!
They?re so slow! The customer service is just terrible. They always have people lining up because they can?t get the food out... fast enough. It?s so slow I would literally leave while waiting and give my business to McDonald?s and Starbucks! They need tohire better and faster people here. Today I ordered 3 different coffee. One Asian girl was in cashier one side which left side around 1.30pm customerstands. I... didn't know the name. She served 2 coffee. I asked where is other one. She said wait. While I was waiting she took a customer and served same coffee what I ordered. I asked I am waiting before her how you serve her before me. She said she is waitingto other lady to serve but she served this lady who came after me. I was so pised. She was so rude to me. I was upset too. ButI am customer. She is customer service. Please consider this matter. Other lady came and saw the way she spoke. I think shewas the manager. I am dealing with Tim since they open. I never saw this kind of women in Tim's. Jocelyn was super rude. I tried to order a single egg because it is all I can eat after my jaw surgery. She was not helpful or... empathetic.
