This was the nastiest Tim?s I?ve ever been too. There was food all over the tables and floors. The garbage cans have gunk coming... out of them. All the donuts are labeled with the wrong names.. we ordered a donut and got a muffin. Save your money and go tothe Starbucks down the road. No straws and no napkins. Read more

When you go there you will see everyone with gloves, its nice to see that. But the bad part cashier handling money will be... grabbing food with the same gloves. The lady at the food section making sandwiches and handling food was also using the samegloves as she was cleaning around... Waited 10 mins for my coffee and when i finally got it i went to my car just to taste acoffee will I'll say was water and cream and i ask a coffee with 3 milks and sugar. Worst place i ever had. Tims have become theworst place to get some coffee and some snack... Read more

The worst Tim?s I have visited!! Totally chaos in the store, and the staff should be trained properly, I ordered two coffees and... two honey dips, very simple and i repeated twice, the girl made mistake on my order with three coffees and one honey dip, so ireminded her for the third time of my order, she told that she will change it, but she didn't change the price! overcharged meextra $1, I realized it after I made the payment. If the staff is either nicer or professional I would not care about that $1,but not. The staff worked there is careless and obviously inexperienced, never will back again! Read more

I love tims hortons, but this is worse location I ever visit, order sausage farmers wrap, no hashbrowns, egg shell on the... eggs and on top of that I had to wait 15 minutes, the staff is the worse on their phone don't care abt the customer. Read more

I think managers has to train their workers a little bit better to pay extra attention to orders. Every time I go I ask for my... coffee with almond milk, because I?m lactose intolerant, and I always have it with the regular milk, even when I payed extra forhaving the almond milk alternative. Also with the wrap or whatever I ask without meat or ham, same situation. Read more
