I just to thank the staff at 50 maple Richmond Hill for all there great service. I also want to thank Henry for being so nice... and paying for my breakfast this morning with his own personal gift card. I also want to thank Omar the cashier Luorie themanager as well as Nasarine as well as Clnaz for getting my breakfast order together. I'm a regular here and I always get goodservice. Waited 20 minutes for a chilli. We had to TELL THEM after waiting 20 minutes already. The lady behind the counter said she had... been working a double and they were severely understaffed. I do feel bad for her at it is not her fault and she gave us an extrachilli as compensation. This location is only good for the drive thru. If you go inside, expect disaster Read more

Stopped by for a coffee and it was really filthy. They have like 10 employees behind the counter on a Saturday doing absolutely... nothing but making more of a mess. The garbage cans were all overflowing with debris. While the manager here thinks it's funny.Dirtiest Tim Hortons I've ever stepped foot in. Next time I'll make sure I bring gloves and a shovel to make my own path towardsthe counter. The garbage is "Always Fresh" at this location. Read more

Terrible terrible terrible experience. I?m never going here again. My wife, kid and I were in the drive through as the white... lady with an accent that was working tonight was being so rude from the start. We asked her for a straw the first time and sheforgot to give it to us so I asked once again and she responded with ?don?t bother me again?. Excuse me? This is suchdisrespectful and disgusting behaviour for a worker that had to go through 20 hours of training which makes no sense becausethis was so ignorant and rude of her. head office definitely needs to get involved and checkup on these workers and theirbehaviour. Additionally, the brown worker with red lipstick today was very rude with her attitude as I asked for my muffin to bewarmed up because it didn?t feel warm and she responded with saying that she already warmed it up and included a bratty 5 yearold sigh before taking my muffin and reheating it. On top of this the workers also closed the receiving window on my hands as Iwas grabbing my muffin??? This is absolutely disgusting I?ve been a very loyal customer to this location for a very long timeand won?t ever come here again. I?m very concerned on who?s managing this place because these workers need to stay in line. Read more

Today, at 7:12AM, I visited this location. The staff Sadaf didn?t even pay attention to what I ordered. I had to correct her... several times in order to get her to place the order. Then when I got my order, it was still wrong. I had to ask her to make itright for me. The whole process took long and she didn?t even apologize for her continuous mistake. With no smile, she gave methe impression that she didn?t want to serve me, she even rolled her eyes at me. I understand it?s early morning, but I believeevery customer deserves good service. Read more
