I brought to the attention of the cashier that there were some flies inside the food display were they keep the baked foods, he... told that to another person which I believe he was the supervisor but he didn't care about it, he just said 'yes' like they arethere but I can't do anything abou it! It's Tim Horton's, so you kind of know what to expect. There is parking and a drive through, with about 4 people working on the... orders. Nice air conditioned and clean inside with a few customers merrily laptoping away. However, coffee was very diluted bothfor black and a double-double medium sizes, the donut was too dry and aged; and I found the girl at the counter undertrainedand so the service was not great. I?m glad that I have a good experience with this branch today July 25, 2022. However, I didn?t like that they talk behind their... other coworkers back calling them ?stupid? (in Tagalog) just because their new colleagues (non Filipino) aren?t familiar withall the menus. It would be nice if the employees help each other without being two face and not talking smack behind theircolleagues back in different language. Read more
Placing a mobile order and then coming into pick up is such an inconvenience. I see delivery drivers also waiting by the sign... mobile order pick up and no associates ever acknowledges you if you wait there. They should train their associates to at thevery least acknowledge people standing by their counter. Seem like 8 plus employees cater to drive thru and even when drivethru not busy they don?t acknowledge you when they see you standing by the counter. Crazy the supervisor is present withthem. This location wuz the worst. There wuz about 7 people working and I waited in line for over 30 minutes for a coffee and wrap.... The best part there wuz ony two people infront of me. The young lady at the cash really hated her job that day. No smile orwelcome. Just what do u want!!! Read more
