Tried the new Birthday cake specialty donut with a medium 2 cream 1 sugar coffee. This has to be one of my favorite donuts now.... To be honest, this is the first time trying this one. Too bad these are always for a limited time only. Great with my coffee. Second time at this location and a great cup of coffee. Some other Tim Horton locations are mediocre or lousy. Today is May 31st, 2022 6pm, whoever is the manager/owner here check who this rude liar of an employee is and kindly ask her to... not take out her frustrations on your customers as well as when confronted with errors apologize for waisting plz money andtime. Horrible customer service. Young Asian Canadian cashier lied twice to me that I would be getting a grilled chicken wraponce while her colleague was making it and I noticed that it looked crispy not grilled and then when I asked her colleague thecashier answered yelling it's grilled and lo and behold when I started eating my hard earned meal if was not grilled but dry andhard crispy. I went inside and asked her why she lied to me she never even looked at me kept ignoring me, so I asked for ketchupfor my wedges then shed dropped the packs on the counter never apologized and just hid behind her screen, finally anothercustomer approached. Rude staff. I ordered two drinks and a sandwich but didn't get a tray. I picked one tray which was within my reach. The rude... staff reminded me twice that I was not supposed to touch the trays!
