Consistently one of the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. Rude staff that gives you attitude if you take even a second too... long to order. It has always been a bad Tims, unfortunately the closest to my house. The tipping point for me was my lastexperience. I ordered a sandwich and asked for no sauce.I got home (2 minute drive) and saw that there was sauce in it. Ofcourse I went back, and very politely told them to please replace the sandwich. I even went inside so i didn't waste their timein the drive thru. They started telling me (very rudely) that I should've asked for no sauce in the drive thru (which I did, twice even to confirm). Finally, after an unnecessary 10 minute argument, they remade the sandwich. Overall, horrible service,disrespectful staff, and the sandwich wasn't even good. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Just drive an extra 5 minutes to a different Tim's. Read more

Was in the area for a soccer game and decided to come grab a water and some timbits. They were out of the timbits I want, but... the guy at the drive through was super nice about it. Ended up ordering a last minute coffee, and he upgraded it to a large onthe house. Every other Tims, take note. This is customer service. Thanks to the absolute lad in the drive through. The drive-through had a line of maybe 8 cars, but it was pretty fast. Ordered 3 drinks, all were good. No complaints.

Very Very bad experience. Male younger staffs no responsible at all. I ordered 2 breakfast wrap and 1 lunch wrap. I got... all three of them and did not even mark outside which one bacon / sausage / lunch. I asked crispy chicken but they given megrilled chicken. When opened the wrap it was barely nothing inside I was so mad and took everything back and request my moneyback. The owners should take care of customers complaints. Horrible customer service. Asking for an item on the menu but the lady couldn?t hear us properly half the time, had to repeat... ourselves which was fine until we didn?t hear something she said (they didn?t carry the item- they do just sold out at 4pm?) andthen she changed her voice in a complete mocking tone to inform us and claim she already said it asking if we didn?t hear her,to which I said no.
