The Bayview and Elgin mills location is closed for Reno?s. So all the staff is working at this location. Well guess what? They... made it slower, offering the same rude services. Line ups for 10 minutes with them always asking you to wait by the speaker soyou don?t screwup the drive thru metrics. It?s pathetic! Someone at head office please visit these restaurants and experiencewhat we go through. Read more

Usually good food and services, save for 1 employee who is rude towards customers. Also we see at least 2 wasps crawling in... their pile of Timbits. So look carefully before you order. Read more

Usually would leave 5 stars, but I'm begging yall to read your reviews and check your own store, for the past 2 months (honestly... probably even more) every time I visit this store there's been wasps crawling over the donuts and flying around, one was even onthe exit door so I had to go through the entrance; this has to be some sort of health and safety violation right? At first therewas just one so I thought it had gotten in accidentally but every time I visit there's more, I counted like 6 this time Read more

This location never has been ready for online/app orders. The main purpose of app orders is to save customer time in line ups... so, when they arrive for pickup ,the order is ready. Since last year, they never prepared my orders on time and they have notbeen notified that there is an online order. When you arrive on "Mobile pick up" they ask your name and start to prepare theorder, I have tried busy schedules and very none busy schedule. I have opened a complaint with the central office and theyaddressed the location manager. The location manager contacted me and promised to fix the processing time issue, but still aftera year , they have not fixed anything. The only way with the app is to order "drive through" pickup, so they have enough time toprepare your order. so that is just like a regular drive through order. The reason that I still buy from this location is thedistance from my house. I repeat "this is not Tims issue but location issue". I sometimes order in the Rutherford and Creditstone location (in Vaughan close to my work) and always and always my order is ready for pickup, zero second wait time. Read more

Early June 2022 weekend morning breakfast. Have a sesame BELT bagel and small coffee. The bread is dense same as kind sold... anywhere. The loose type favoured decades ago had long gone for some reason but don't know why. Might it be not feed the stomachfull ? The toasted biscuit breakfast should be the one next time. Mid July, Sunday breakfast. It was nice. This time, toastedsesame buttered bagel also makes good.???? Read more

On May 15th, I visited this location around 9:15am which I noticed was little busy. I ordered sausage breakfast wrap and steak... and egg sandwich for my kids and ordered small coffee with everything bagel for my wife also reloaded my tim card. I received mycoffee right away but waited 25min for sandwiches before I made them aware that I didn't receive my order. They check thereceipt and realized they have given my order to another customer. Had to wait another 5min to receive my order. Waiting 30minfor 3 sandwiches are beyond ridiculous even if the store is busy. They ratified the situation by just saying generic "we aresorry" after wasting half an hour.... Read more
