We came here last minute with 30+ people and the servers and staff were so accommodating and kind. The service was exceptional... and they really went above and beyond to care for our large group with kids. This is our new favourite location and we will beback again. I’ve frankly been to many Swiss Chalets in my life, or restaurants for that matter. This one, owned by John and served by... Zorhan, tops them all. The service was fast, and the server was patient and kind, despite us having a huge group, and many kids.Speaking of kids, John really knows how to keep our kids entertained and occupied while the adults placed their orders!Everything was done not just impeccably but above and beyond our expectations. Even the food, which I previously assumed wouldtaste the same in every franchise, was better and fresher here surprisingly. Thank you so much for a great experience, adultsand children alike.
