Bad service the lady gave me 2 pieces of cheese for my whole sandwich when I asked for more she said $5 more. Ridiculous my... whole sandwich was $5 how would more cheese be $5?! Read more
Wish there was an option for zero stars. It is unbelievable how this place is still in business with such shady business... practices. I ordered two foot longs then asked for a beverage since the coupon required it (foot long and another for $0.99 ifa beverage is ordered). He then asks, "Which coupon?" then proceeds to take my coupon. After I use the app to earn points andpay, he attempts to proceed with the next customer without giving me the receipt. I ask for the receipt and to my shock he didNOT redeem the coupon. He tells me, "You never gave me a coupon." Then I point to the coupon right in front of him and thengives it back to me. He says he can't re-do the transaction and says he could offer me "$5" in cash (the savings from thecoupon was $11.50ish). Another thing I noticed he actually charged me for a medium drink when I had asked for a small. Then heruns off to take care of the next customer and tells me, "Yeah, go ahead, call head office, it's in America." He eventhreatened to call security as if I did something wrong. Seriously, folks, AVOID this place period; he does not deserve to bein business PERIOD. Another 1-star review mentioned "...an old man with glasses" took one green pepper and broke into 4 pieceswhen the customer had asked for additional green peppers (had to ask 2-3 times). Clearly this "old man with glasses" is theFRADULENT, penny-pinching owner. Complained to head office and reprimand this unethical franchisee and does not get the moneyfrom this transaction. BEWARE!!! If I could rate this place 0 stars I would, even negative. My family came here and got subway yesterday. First off,... the employee charged for more subs instead of what we received. Second, they DO NOT wear masks which is a safety precaution thatthey aren?t following. Fast forward to later on, we?ve all gotten such horrible food poisoning and will be going to a hospitalif it gets even worse. Tried to call the location to speak to a manager and he was absolutely rude and unprofessional, he wasyelling on the phone and hanging up on us. Will be contacting head office. Horrid service and low quality service. Bad service and terrible service. Here's why; first, they had no sub of the day (which... isn't too big of an issue. Secondly, I asked for more spinach on my sub and they only put a few leaves on. When I asked for morethey said that's all they had left (which wasn't the case because I passed by 5 minutes later and they had more. What asurprise. If they were the only place open, is choose to go hungry. Not worth going here, drive to the next closest one or eatat a different place in the mall. Read more
Is it possible to give ZERO stars?? This subway was the worst subway i have been too. The guy with glasses, older man. Was so... rude. I asked 2-3 times to get extra green peppers and so did my girlfriend. And the guy took one cut up green pepper and brokeit into 4 pieces LOL like what is this? I have never been treated this way. Also i hve a picture of my food. The oven roastedchicken was frozen. I threw up after eating half the sub. I will never go back to subway again. Worst experince ever. This placesucks. Subway has gone so downhill. Over and over again they disappoint, cheap out on toppings, and don?t listen to what you are... asking. They work like robots with zero emotion and zero customer service. I went to grab a sub, they charge over $10 for awater bottle and a 6-inch. Even their cheapest subs are over priced and their added taxes don?t make sense with the prices. Ibought the Greek sub that has been advertised on the radios, tv and posters for the last month or so. I finally order one and itis garbage, do not buy. They toasted it and left it sitting at the cash while continuing to make other people?s subs until 3people were ready to pay behind me and then came to help me. At this point more than half of my lunch is over, and I sat down toeat my cold sub. I got half way through my sub before I even tasted the chicken, because they added tiny pieces of chicken tothe end of the bread (not enough to cover even half of the 6 inch sub) and it was all stringy.. I ended up throwing out my subout, and yet again subway managed to ruin my lunch, my mood, and wasted $10 on garbage. Do not support, I wish I could give lessthan one star. Read more
This is the third time they mess up my order, I order a foot long cold cut and a 6 inch southwest steak & avocado. She gave a... two 6 inch sandwich??.
