Bad customer service. Ron and cashier were not at all helpful today - no sympathy. I was in a situation where I needed change... and they were unwilling to help with that, stating that it was a security issue. I was asking for 2 $10 bills for a $20, notyour life Ron. I was given a suggestion to go to the bank next door (it?s raining cats and dogs). I come here all the time - somean. A little kindness goes a long way. Read more

Awesome service. Ordered pumpkin foam decaf and hazelnut latte and they had my order within 5 minutes! The location has a wider... variety of merchandise, and the staff are very friendly. Love the lofi music vibe as well since most locations play top 40 ????. Read more

Horrible Experience. Not the first time either. I thought I would give this Starbucks location another chance but it looks like... no matter what day it is, the customer service is always terrible. Unfortunately this is the only location in Hillcrest Mall.Previous times I came in, the possible ?manager? never wants to give refills for customers that stay and sit at the location - he tries to charge extra for anything you want to add in the drink even though it comes free when ordering the drink). Today,they were so stingy with butter for my bagel and watered down my drink when I asked for light ice. They said that this was theway the drink is made when you want light ice and there?s nothing that can be done about this. Not a single location I have everbeen to has done that and one location asked if I wanted water added and when I said no, they said no problem. This locationsaid that IT MUST BE THIS WAY. I am just in shock. I spend so much money not only for a $5-8 drink that they want to water downbut also for the service that comes with it. This was a waste of a Starbucks visit. Would definitely recommend to avoid thislocation!!! Read more
