Awful customer service the manager was absolutely rude on the phone after I explain to her about my Uber order she was yelling... at me telling me that the customers in front of her are more important and the people on the phone and hung up the phone Icalled back again and she told me to call Uber it?s not her problem hangup the phone again I called her back the first time shehad taken the phone off the hook. Absolutely horrible customer service and the lack of humanity that is being managed with thiscompany I will never be returning to them ever again . Visited this Popeyes location as I was in the area with friends, and I had a wonderful experience. I love how the manager called... us all sir and ma?am! The staff behind the counter were joking around with me and my food was piping hot and tasty! My favouriteis their poutine! I love how they sauce it up with gravy! The service was great and the meal came on time. I'll admit that the chicken was cool to warm as it was probably sitting under... the lamps for a while so not the greatest taste experience I've had. Absolutely baffled by the lack of customer service at this location. 1st: what seemed like the manager was being so rude and... borderline discriminatory towards the black employee. 2nd: the manager didnt confirm the order with the customer and she leftbut came back bc the order was wrong. But the manager responded by yelling "well you should have doubled checked first" insteadof apologizing and blamed the customer. 3rd: we waited almost 40min for our order even though there was only 1 customer beforeours (the one that was yelled at) And it still came out cold and stale. The chicken and fries were cold to the touch as if theywere microwaved leftovers... Very disappointed to see Canadian values are not adopted by new business owners coming from abroad. Read more
