They need to train their employees. I have received wrong orders many times in the past. Doesn?t matter if it?s pick up or... delivery. The worst was last week when they sent someone else?s order to my house. I try to stay away from this location butUber eat was picking up from this location. I received 4 iced coffees and a regular coffee instead of my $76 order of food anddrinks. This is unbelievable! If I could give them 0 star I would. They are terrible!! Read more
We ordered through the app from this store and waited for 20min for them to bring out the food. When we arrived home the 20piece... nugget is missing; the burger only have half of them, not completed. We tried to contact the store but after an hour calling, noone ever answer the call. The support team from the app can not do anything either, they will NOT provide you any Refund onthings missing. We dont want to drive back to this store as from the review, other ppl mentioned if you have the missing item,this store WILL NOT provide to you. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ITEMS IF YOU ORDER FROM THIS STORE. Bright and clean location. Got a great deal 2 dine in offer via the McD App. Wait time was reasonable. Excellent customer... service. Staff was very friendly and attentive. I didn?t expect the staff would check on us twice to make sure we were good oneverything. Very positive experience. Read more

This specific McDonald's is very consistent. Consistent in getting orders wrong, lazily putting food together in hopes that the... customer doesn't notice and absolutely slow in service that is. On two separate locations I ordered food. First time the orderwas incorrect and they thought I wouldn't notice. Well they were right because I had drove home and was disappointed uponopening the bag and seeing incorrectly made items. Not sure if they have any conscience at all when sending out partially mademenu items. Today i ordered a double QPC. This would require the cooks to put two patties on the grill and make the order fresh.They were so lazy that they gave me a burger with 4 of the standard smaller hamburger patties rather than the 2 quarter lbpatties made to order. I went back and asked that it be changed and they gave me the most sloppily made sandwich with a spitefulamount of ketchup. Never eating at this McDonald's again since they clearly don't care about their customers. Read more
Always check your bag to ensure you have everything. It?s understandable to miss an item when I order for a family of 4 but... it?s inexcusable to make the mistake on my last 4 orders. They had forgotten a sandwich on my last 3 visits but no problemcharging me for them. Supersizing fries is useless as they don?t fill them like other locations do. ( see photo) there were nofries in the bag and none were eaten. That was my supersize fries ???? I now go to the one by Leslie even though it?s not asconvenient a location the service is far better. This location delivers consistently good service and food. The employees at the drive-thru counter tend to be polite, efficient... and (unlike those at some other locations) they get your order right. However, last Thursday I was particularly pleased with theservice thanks to the simple but exceptional demeanour and actions of a particular employee. I was waiting for my meal at thetemporary parking beside the drive-thru, when a smiling and cheerful employee employee approached my car. Handing the food tome through my window, she said. "Thank you so much for waiting. Have a beautiful day." Sadly, I did not get her name but thissimple statement really did make my day. In an age where many customer-facing employees treat guests with indifference, a smallinstance of cheer goes a long way. This will definitely be my 'go to' McDonald's going forward. Read more
