Was my first time eating from this location quite a large location for a hero Burger. The service was pretty quick and I would... actually say that the food was made fairly quick as well which is always good. I ordered the heavy hitter Burger. The best partabout this book I would say is it is quite a large Burger and made with Angus patties. The sauce was a bit different it wastaziki sauce on the burger itself which did complement the overall flavor. The burger comes with fries which I ordered sweetpotato fries the only thing that I would say about this is being sweet potato fries I could tell them being deep fried it didhave a slight taste of the oil that hadn't been changed in a while. Recently I went to hero burgers, I have been thinking of going there for quite some time now .i guess i hyped it too much in... mind that i felt a little disappointed. The burgers arent that great , probably my choice of burgers was wrong as i had crispychicken and grilled chicken with blue cheese. Crispy chicken was good but the other one wasn't really that great. I willacknowledge that the kind lady at the counter did warn me about blue cheese but the blue cheese and mushroom combo didn't reallywork for me. we just ordered from uber eats. However, the hamburgers never came as we expected. The meat was burnt and we couldn't eat... them. Before, we always went to the restaurant and ate. This is the first time we have encountered such a thing. Our moneywasted! Read more

One of the better hero burgers chain stores, more seating here and the staff was nice

The fries was burnt and hard to eat. The chicken burger had a rubber like consistency and was hard to chew, the toppings did not... taste fresh. Beef burger also had no flavour, everything tasted stale. Wait time was also long, clearly not worth the wait. Read more
