Undercooked beef burger. Picture attached, the centre is still pinkish. First concern is obviously food poisoning. Unlike a... piece of steak, ground meat, even if ground beef should not be pinkish like in the picture. The grinding of meat disperses thesurface bacteria through the meat, so it should be better done. Unfortunately I was hungry and I had already consumed themajority of the burger by the time I realized the pinkish interior. I approached the server and first straight answer was "Youshould have told us that you wanted you burger fully cooked..." Wth? The cashier in a not very polite way asked me if I wantedanother burger and the server cooked another burger to make up for the defects in the first, but this second one was slightlyburnt... The server also didn't seem to know that "everything" added means all the onions, pickles etc that goes on a burger.Putting everything on a burger does not mean to skip on the pickles and onions. 2 stars for now. If I get sick in the next fewdays, then one star! Btw I'm really worried because in 30 mins at least 20 ppl came in to order at the Richmond Hill branch, Ihope nobody gets sick... Read more

Great burgers here. As the store name implies everything here is made fresh. Their mushroom melt burger had a thick juicy patty.... Fries are crispy and lightly seasoned which is perfect. I came back on a second occasion for the prime burger and the meatwasn't as thick/juicy as the mushrooms melt but was still good. First time here , and most certainly not my last. I opted for the classic poutine and was pleasantly surprised that it looked... exactly like the poster on the wall. Fast , friendly service and decent pricing. Looking forward to trying more of the menu.Also loved the fact the fries were cooling on a rack, reminded me of my time in the kitchen. Great job !! Top notch burgers here. Similar to the Five guys burgers but less soggy and you won't feel as thirsty afterwards. Fries are... quite good here too (imagine the five guys fries without the cajun spices). Service here is decently quick and efficient andfriendly as well. Will definitely be back and regularly for these scrumptious burgers. Read more
Fresh burger is like the no frills of burgers, you have 4 options single burger, double burger, prime burger and double... prime. They all come dressed with the fixins, Mayo, Ketchup, lettuce, onions, tomato, pickle. I added caramelised onions, andsautéed jalapeño, to my double Prime burger It was a great burger I have to say. Hot melted cheese, onions caramelised toperfection. It was a big burger.... I didn't need that much of a burger. The fries are blanched and then deep-fried giving themfluffy insides and crispy outside. Drinks are as simple as the burger options, cans of what ever you want or a bottle ofwater. It was pricey I have to say, 24$ for burger, fries, drink and a side of gravy, but you get what you pay for.... a goodburger! I'll be back for a smaller burger for sure, the first was fantastic. Great tasting burgers and fries, but way too expensive in my humble opinion. Definetly fresher then McDonald's but not worth the... price, although portion sizes were decent. The burger had so much juice that it broke the bag, making the final bitesuncomfortably moist and difficult to eat without making a mess. Typing this review reminds me, I FINALLY FIGURED OUT why myshorts have a stain on them thst I can't remove, it was from eating the burger LOL (sorry I got carried away there, that hasnothing to do with the store, I'm just messy)! Anyways, the fries were crispy and fluffy on the inner and free condiments likeCajun seasoning stuff and ketchup are available. The soda is in a can so you can't have refills like McDonald's or KFC etc. Butat least that helps stop you from consuming a butt ton of sugar... See photo for an idea of the food. I forgot the option Iordered but it was the middle priced choice, with cheese. Probably called cheeseburger or something along that line... tastedfantastic but I don't like spending nearly 20 bucks for what is essentially fast food combo. Doesn't matter how fresh it is,it's basically just fast food like any good ol Burger King or stuff. Thr store is slightly small but clean enough, service isfriendly and nothing to complain about.
