One of the most wonderful places that I could have ever imagine the two brilliant and most wonderful people that I have ever met... in my entire life are the owners who are two beautiful couple. This establishment’s patrons enjoy standing in the street being extremely loud on weeknights almost every single day, until... 1am. As I type this on a Tuesday night at 1am, there are currently 3 cars parked in front, playing music with about 20 peoplestanding in the middle of the street. This is a residential neighborhood surrounded by houses and apartments. Truly no respectfor any of the neighbors. I have work in the morning, my neighbors have small children, and honestly no one cansleep.\n\nConsidering this business is surrounded by residential homes, they might make any sort of effort to respect the peoplearound them. But the first thing they did was to put up a hideous sign 4m wide and 2m tall, that was neon and changed colorsevery 5 seconds, and glowed down the entire street. They never turned it off, so the entire neighborhood enjoyed the neon glowof a billboard at all times. Thankfully, as it broke about 6 sign bylaws (yes I looked it up), they were forced to remove it.Also, it looked absolutely terrible.\n\nGenerally, the owners don’t seem to care about the residents that surround thisbusiness. Very disappointing as I really want to support entertainment and destinations in downtown Richmond hill. Read more

This facility is in a quiet residential neighborhood and is supposed to have restricted, quiet hours of operation. However... several nights a week when patrons leave it, they stand outside chatting, yelling, revving car engines, etc, which wakes up theneighborhood, at 11, 12 and often even after 1 am, weekdays and weekends. The management and the patrons should show much morerespect and regard for the surrounding quiet neighborhood when they finish their evening. The management and patrons display acomplete disregard of the horrible living conditions they have caused for longtime residents. Please do not pay money tofacilitate this horrible chaos! I wish I could put 0 or negative stars but this app won\'t let me post without adding a star. Read more
