If I could give zero stars I would. I used to come to this and the Vaughan location very often since they opened. There?s a... reason why it used to be packed on a Saturday night but nowadays it?s empty. 1 - Horrible service. Upon sitting down, one ofthe waitresses questioned us repeatedly in a rude manner why we changed tables even though majority of the restaurant was empty.Service was extremely slow. Took 20 minutes to flag down a waitress and get the bill. One of the waitresses looked lost justwalking around and ignoring everyone. The other was sitting in a booth. 2 - Food quality. Clearly fallen off over the years. Weordered a pound of honey garlic which was very dry. We addressed this with the server who took it back to dump cold honey on itand call it a day. 3 - Portion size. All three orders of wings were listed as 1LB. However they were tiny in comparison to anyother place (Riccis, Duffs, etc.). We told the server and she just said sorry. You don?t have to be a rocket scientist to knowwhat a pound looks like. We ordered a pound for take out and measured it, and it was only 0.65 pounds. 4 - Deceptiveadvertising. 2LBs of wings were the same flavour. One was for dine in and one for take out. When I told the server it should becharged as one double order and not two separate single orders (which is more expensive), the waitress said it?s two separate.As we told her this is not indicated anywhere on the menu, she had no response. I didn't enjoy the food that much, but the customer service was amazing, our server Alicia was so nice and friendly, About food... I ordered mile high ranch, it was too oily for me and it comes with curry spice which it doesn't say in menu, the combination ofranch and curry is not good and as desert I ordered strawberry cheesecake, it wasn't wow but was ok Read more
I was there last night with my friends for a night out and to say the least everything was amazing. First of all I need to point... out how tasty the wings are. Compliments to the chef back there! made to perfection. The staff and service is wonderful,especially Kiana. She is incredibly friendly and she makes sure to check up on your table frequently just like all otherservers. Additionally, the restaurant is very clean including the bathroom . However, the bathrooms need a bit of an upgrade.Overall my experience was amazing and I would definitely go to this location again. Read more
Service was sub-par. As someone who has been in the service industry and now owns multiple establishments, I was very... disappointed in the service I received on May 21, 2022. I usually do not dine in Richmond Hill for a variety of reasons, but Idecided to stay local for the long weekend. First of all, the young lady who first seated us was less than hospitable and shehad a bit of an attitude that she should have checked at the door. Our hostess was nice but after waiting 25 minutes, we had towave her over to even place an order( I would have left but my boyfriend said let us give it one more try). OK, food comes outand it was decent but my food had been sitting for at least five minutes because it was not hot at all. Let's not forget thatyour menu has many things but we cannot order a burger cause it takes too long to make? Come on now that is nonsense! If youdon't want to make it, take it off the menu or specify that you don't make it after 8 pm (ridiculous). I understand that it isSaturday but there is no reason for service like that. It's been 40 minutes since I ordered my food and the wings didn't come yet. I see other tables experiencing the same thing.... Maybe it's a bad night today. Could work on their service a bit more. Their waiters don't really check up on you. We got satdown and never was asked if they wanted to take our order. Seems like I had to fight for it tbh. I am pretty hungry. If youwant your wings fast. Take out dinner last Wednesday. Service was good. Order ready when promised. The mozzarella sticks were not cooked properly. The... cheese was still cold so we popped it into the oven at home. Much more enjoyable after that. Got 3lbs of wings with 2 flavours.My ranch is on fire has mild-medium heat. The Chipotle is mild heat. The ranch flavour is better than the chipotle. Potatoskins are salty. I am personally not a fan but the kids liked them. Read more
Our waitress Helia was very good so many wings flavour took a couple min to order I had the Greek fries and Garlic Parmesan... wings and mozzarella sticks everything was fantastic to the end bite Read more
Slow subpar service at the bar area?on a dead Wednesday night. Maybe you might get faster service on a busier night? Stingy on... the wet naps (you have to ask for them) and carrots (two) and celery (zero). Food was decent.
